Before requesting artwork preparation:
1. Collect the concept and all required views. Keep the best original files.
2. Supply the original logo, correct wording, phone number and web address.
3. Identify the vehicle year, make, model and body configuration, or the dimensions and intended use of the graphic.
4. Include photos and any template or measurements requested by the producing shop.
5. Explain what must stay and what can change.
6. Ask the printer for its file format, document scale, image-quality, bleed and panel requirements.
7. Provide the real QR destination. Test the finished code and its placement.
8. State the deadline and who approves the artwork.
9. Identify who supplies design, printing and installation.
10. Agree on scope, revisions, deliverables and payment before work begins.

An AI mockup is a starting reference, not automatic proof of production readiness.
A vector file may also contain raster images; the extension alone does not establish quality.
Only supply assets you have permission to use.
