How it works
Here’s what happens
after you send it.
I’m Steven. AI2VINYL is my artwork service through Over Armour Wraps. You’ll get a quote, a place to review the work, and the agreed files when the job is finished.
Check the quote before you pay.
I’ll review the files and reply with questions or a quote. The quote spells out the work, files, revisions, estimated turnaround and payment plan. If something is unclear, ask before accepting it.
Make the payment in your quote.
Some jobs use a deposit with the balance due after proof approval. Shop jobs can use the full design fee upfront when quoted that way. Work is scheduled after acceptance, confirmed payment and the materials I need.
Review the proof.
Use your private project page to check the design. You can send a message and attach more references there. Check every view, spelling, contact detail and required change before approving. A proof is for review, not the final production file.
Get the final files.
Once the artwork is approved and the agreed artwork fee is paid, I review and release the final files separately. Use those files for the production handoff. If your printer has a question, reply through the job so we’re looking at the same version.
If you’re a wrap or sign shop
You’re my customer for the artwork. Add your customer or brand name for reference, and keep your shop contact on the request. You manage your customer, printing, installation and retail pricing. My quote covers the artwork work we agree on.

Choose that in the request and include the job location. I’ll confirm availability, who is doing what and the price before you book anything. Artwork-only quotes don’t include printing or installation.
Your files stay private.
Submitting a project doesn’t give me permission to post it in a portfolio or on social media. Project links and production downloads are private. Keep your A2V job reference if you need help finding an update.
