Artwork basics / AI2VINYL

Can an AI-generated logo or distorted lettering be repaired?

It can often be recreated, but the correct wording and intended brand appearance must come from you—not from guesswork.

Start with the real identity

Supply the correct business name, tagline, contact details and any existing logo files. If the AI concept references an established brand, provide assets you are authorized to use. A generated image is not evidence that the design is original or that you have permission to use every element.

Rebuild rather than preserve the errors

AI lettering may contain malformed characters, inconsistent spacing and invented symbols. Redrawing the geometry or setting actual type gives more control than tracing every visible imperfection. If a specific font is required, identify it and arrange any necessary license.

Plan for real applications

A detailed emblem that works in a large mockup may not work on a small decal or cut-vinyl application. Discuss the smallest intended use, color limitations and whether you need a one-color version. A useful logo file should suit the actual production method.

Define the deliverables before work starts

Ask for the editable or vector formats, print PDFs and preview images you need, and confirm what the quote includes. Redraw work is not trademark clearance. AI2VINYL can review the supplied concept and quote artwork recreation; legal ownership and permissions should be resolved by the client.
